We only accept PPO insurance.

However, we provide affordable private-pay office visits that include basic hematology lab work (in-house testing, with results available in less than 3 minutes), as necessary.

Please note: We do not take HMO, Medicare, or Medi-Cal.

The increasing adoption of telemedicine creates the risk of misdiagnosis for the sake of convenience. We do not use telemedicine. We will advise our existing patients on the phone in cases where an office visit may not be necessary.

As our patient with an URGENT case, you will usually get an appointment on the same day as you call our office. Call us on 408 295 8988.

We are set up with phone coverage so that the doctor may be reached outside office hours for URGENT matters.  Please refrain from calling after hours unless your need is URGENT. 

As always, in case of an EMERGENCY, please go immediately to the Emergency Room. 

We generally see urgent cases the same day, and non-urgent cases within 2-3 days. Doctor Horvath will see patients outside office hours, including on Sundays, if necessary.

When you arrive timely for your office appointment, expect low wait times, or none.

We do not use electronic medical records. We do prescribe medicines electronically.
